On 7 August 2021, the International Spiritist Council held its third general assembly of the year, with 21 countries of the 22 that compose it in attendance. The work plans carried out by the seven areas of the CEI were presented. Also presented was the completion of the project to send books in Spanish to various countries, organized by the Secretariat of the CEI, and with the full support of the Brazilian Spiritist Federation, which provided rooms and several volunteers for this work to be carried out. At the moment, a total of 4512 books will be donated to 9 Latin American countries. The books are already in labelled boxes and are only awaiting dispatch. The CEI will be running an internal campaign to enlist the help of federations and individuals to pay for their postage.
