On December 02, 2023, the General Assembly of the International Spiritist Council (CEI) took place via video conference. The current Executive Committee participated online, along with 19 member countries out of the 22 affiliates, and representation from 3 observer countries and young participants from the global spiritist movement, totaling 39 individuals.
During this meeting, the various actions undertaken by the Executive Committee throughout the year were presented. Additionally, several details about the 11th World Spiritist Congress, scheduled to take place in Punta del Este, Uruguay on October 4 and 5, 2025, were shared. It was announced that during this event, the first World Spiritist Youth Congress will also be held, and admission for young participants will be free.
The gathering served as a moment of fraternity and the consolidation of efforts among all participants.
