These are some considerations aimed at ensuring a safer practice of mediumship, based on the teachings of Jesus and Allan Kardec, taking into account the need for a temporary suspension of direct exchange sessions. As we ponder our current experiences, we should keep in mind Emmanuel’s words regarding the greatest need of mediums: “The first need of all Mediums is to evangelize themselves before initiating major doctrinal tasks, or else they may encounter the specter of personalism to the detriment of their mission”.
