The Spiritist Doctrine Studies Area of the CEI – International Spiritist Council will hold a “Training for Study Group Facilitators”, on October 7th and 8th, 2023.
The training will be carried out online via the Zoom platform.
Registration is open to CEI member federations. (To register, you can contact the Spiritist Federation in your country)
The general objective of facilitator training is to promote the initial and ongoing training of study group facilitators on Spiritism in Spiritist Institutions.
The objectives to be achieved include:
Analyze Spiritism as the Promised Comforter;
Reflect on the importance of the explanation that welcomes and comforts;
Identify, in studies, actions that perform the consoling function of Spiritism;
Reflect on the importance of the continuous study of Spiritism, both individually and collectively, to achieve moral transformation;
Become aware of the importance of living the Gospel of Jesus;
Understand the organization of the Federative Spiritist Movement;
Identify concepts, skills, qualities and the role of the facilitator;
Reflect on the mediation of the Spiritism learning process;
Examine strategies that speed up study processes;
Exercise mediation in the learning of Spiritism;
Understand how to organize study groups;
Reflect on the importance of studies, research and updates related to the task of the spiritist studies facilitator;
Reflect on the importance of promoting reflections, from the point of view of Spiritism, on topics relevant to social and moral transformations, aiming at the progress of Humanity (LE Third Part – Moral Laws);
Promote the integration of facilitators from different studies to encourage exchanges and fraternal experiences, strengthening teams and study groups;
Develop an inclusive culture and different types of accessibility in study groups.
